Jack Glavine (Owner)

Jack Glavine is an accomplished Project Manager with over 25 years experience managing projects and supervising tradespeople. Prior to the establishment of CICT, Jack worked for Syncrude Canada Ltd. for approximately 18 years in Plant Management.

Along with being an experienced manager, Jack is also an experienced facilitator/trainer who has developed and delivered courses in a broad range of topics for industry. Jack has developed and implemented consulting manuals and systems for several companies.

Jane Glavine

Jane Glavine was a former Water and Sewer Treatment plant operator with the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo for 12 years. She also worked on the Syncrude site with the extraction department.

As a former employee of Syncrude she is familiar with site protocols and procedures. In addition, to her formal training, she was an accomplished Instructor with St. John’s ambulance, delivering all of their First Aid training programs and safety talks to schools and various organizations.

Her experience encompasses 10 years of delivering safety training to oil & gas industry to a multi-trade workforce. Jane also brings 12 years, of entrepreneurship to the Management team of CICT.
