CICT’s Elevated Work Platform (EWP) training course is an instructor-led program approved by the Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA). The course adheres to OSSA standard and is applicable to any jurisdiction where it is recognized.

Course Duration – 8 Hours

The course is offered mobile at a client’s site or at our training facility. The course is intended for workers who require training to inspect and operate this equipment in a safe and effective manner. This course will train the user to safely use elevated work platform/aerial lift equipment to perform duties in multiple workplace environments. The course requires participants to successfully pass both written and practical tests to achieve certification.

Training completion & certification:

  • Participants will receive a wallet sized card or ticket certifying that they have successfully completed & met the training requirements
  • CICT will provide proof of training completion to employers when requested
  • Training records are kept on file & participants, employers & sites may contact CICT for proof of training
